Olga Vysokova, manages the not-for-profit community Women Who Inspire which she has founded in 2016 in London, while sitting on the advisory board of her family business in Russia. She encourages women to find a purpose, to set up their own business, to learn new skills and to build an individual leadership style. Olga is a strong advocate for diversity in business and politics.
Olga lives in London where she is active in financial services industry and is a social entrepreneur. She worked for her family business for more than a decade, after graduating from MGIMO in Moscow and Cass business school in London. She is raising a son and a daughter in London.
