She is a strategic advisor to conscious CEOs, impact professionals, gender lens funds and women in leadership in the development of projects that sustain people and the planet. Over the past two decades Tamsin has built a string of initiatives built on principles of inclusivity including co-founding the leading solution for board diversity across Africa, TheBoardroom Africa, and the Workshop17 inclusive innovation hub in Cape Town.
